Rich Ainsworth
Pastor-Teacher
Rich Ainsworth has been in the role of pastor-teacher since 1972. He is a graduate of Gordon College and Dallas Theological Seminary, where he was under the mentoring of Chuck Swindoll and Howard Hendricks. At Wintonbury, he oversees the Elder board as well as the church’s vision, and does most of the preaching. Rich loves the way people are allowed to be themselves at Wintonbury without putting on airs; as he puts it, “a real church for real people.”

André Riendeau
Pastor
André has been a pastor at Wintonbury since 1998 and a member since 1989. He is a 1986 graduate of the University of New Hampshire and graduated with a Masters of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary in 2008. Prior to Wintonbury, he worked for almost twelve years in the insurance industry as a systems analyst. André is our primary worship leader, oversees outreach ministries, assists with preaching, and is relied on as the primary vision caster for the church.

Dave Ambrose
Director of Youth Ministries
A graduate of Gordon College he spent five years teaching high school math in the public schools and working with youth part time before receiving the call to full time ministry here at Wintonbury in 2008. He loves anything competitive so you can often find him playing softball or beating the youth at a game of Settler's. Whenever, he is not spending time with our youth you can find him with his wife Danielle and their three children Noah (5), Josh (4) and Eden (7 months)

Deb Sadlon
Director of Children's Ministry
Deb enjoys being the director of Faith Kidz at Wintonbury. Her hobbies include knitting, cooking, reading, bird watching, and all types of puzzles. Deb grew up in Arizona but has lived in Connecticut since marrying her husband, Ed, 33 years ago. They have two sons, Jim & Steve, attending the University of Connecticut.

Pat Taylor
Congregational Care
Pat is a Registered Nurse, and has served on staff at Wintonbury since 1995 (and as a lay leader for much longer), helping the church body care for each other, especially the grieving, sick, and elderly. She loves the feeling of family she experiences at Wintonbury, and the opportunity she has to get to know people on a deeper level.

Annmarie Boulay
Director of Women's Ministries
Annmarie helps the church body reach out beyond its walls with the love of Jesus to the surrounding community. She loves the excitement that God generates in the hearts of the Wintonbury people as they serve in His name, as well as the preaching and teaching at Wintonbury.
