Wintonbury Youth (WY) is all about helping students follow Jesus together...wherever He leads. Open to all 7th - 12th grade students, our youth group aims to create genuine community where individuals love, care for, and encourage one another in Christ, while sharing His love with the world.

Youth Group Contact: Brian Sullivan
Youth Admin Assistant: Michele Dailey

Parents: Please complete the following form for any students who want to participate in Youth Group.

From September to June, students in 7th-12th grade meet on Sunday nights at Wintonbury. Every week, students have time to hang out and connect with one another in community. Our weekly focus will vary between the three formats listed below. Contact Brian or Michele to be added to our email list.

Bible Study Nights

Students and leaders will dig into God's word together. The night will include the study of one or more Bible passages, group discussion that includes how to apply Biblical truths to life, and prayer.

Social Issue Discussion Nights

Guest speakers will address current social issues, allowing students the opportunity to consider each topic through the lens of God's word. There will be time for questions, answers and honest discussion.

Activity Nights
Could be (just about) anything as long as it's fun. Some things we have planned this year include aurvivor games, a movie night, and our annual Christmas parties.

The Hartford Project FallServe
October 26-28

The Hartford Project (THP) is an urban ministry immersion experience for teenagers in New England.  During FallServe, church youth groups are invited to come and spend the weekend in Hartford, CT.  During this time they will serve the community, learn about poverty, experience racial reconciliation, and build relationships with the wider body of Christ. More info.

Middle School & High School Retreats
Each year, typically in the winter, Wintonbury participates in two weekend retreats: one for  middle school students and one for high school students. Youth leaders will contact students and parents directly with details and registration information.

During the summer, Wintonbury Youth have the opportunity to participate in a variety of special events and outings. We do things like:

The Hartford Project
Beach Trips
Movie Nights
and more...

A Note About Youth Group Volunteers
All Wintonbury Youth volunteers are carefully screened through an application and interview process; they also must agree to and pass a criminal background check before working with our youth.
