Rich Ainsworth,
Pastor-Teacher
Rich Ainsworth has been
in the role of pastor-teacher since 1972. He is a graduate of Gordon
College and Dallas Theological Seminary, where he was under the mentoring of
Chuck Swindoll and Howard Hendricks. At Wintonbury, he oversees the Elder
board as well as the church’s vision, and does most of the preaching. Rich
loves the way people are allowed to be themselves at Wintonbury without
putting on airs; as he puts it, “a real church for real people.”
Rich and his wife Kathy
live in Bloomfield and are the parents of three daughters and are also very
proud grandparents.
Rich loves to teach the Bible, and enjoys sports as well as maintaining his
’79 VW convertible.

Dave Owen,
Pastor of Shepherding Ministries
Dave has been an
Associate Pastor at Wintonbury since 1999. He is a graduate of Wheaton
College in Illinois, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and received his
D.Min in Church Growth from Fuller Theological Seminary. Prior to
Wintonbury, he served as pastor of churches in New York and Nebraska, and
started a church in New Hampshire. Dave is responsible for overseeing the
staff, coordinating many of ministries that connect people to the church
body, including small groups, and is the technical wizard on staff. His
passion is to help people discover their spiritual gifts and talents so that
they can experience the joy of serving the Lord in the way in which they
were created. He believes that Wintonbury is the healthiest church of which
he’s ever been a part.
Dave and his wife
Carole live in Bloomfield and have three children: Mike, John, and Beth, as
well as five grandchildren. In his spare time, Dave enjoys woodworking,
digital photography, and computer stuff.

André
Riendeau, Pastor of Discipling Ministries
André
has been an Associate Pastor at
Wintonbury since 1998 and a member since 1989. He is a 1986 graduate of the
University of New Hampshire and will graduate with a Masters of Divinity
degree from Bethel Seminary in June of 2007. Prior to Wintonbury, he worked
for almost twelve years in the insurance industry as a systems analyst.
André
is our primary worship leader, oversees the youth and outreach ministries,
assists with preaching, and is relied on as the primary vision caster for
the church. His passion is to see the grace of God imparted into and
between people’s lives through any and all possible means.
André
and his wife Diane live in Tariffville and have two children. In his spare
time, he enjoys reading about history (especially American Presidents and
wars), watching sports (especially the UConn Huskies, Red Sox, and
Patriots), playing guitar, golfing (when his back is okay), and anything
with his family!

Pat Taylor,
Coordinator of Congregational Care
Pat is a Registered
Nurse, and has served on staff at Wintonbury since 1995 (and as a lay leader
for much longer), helping the church body care for each other, especially
the grieving, sick, and elderly. She loves the feeling of family she
experiences at Wintonbury, and the opportunity she has to get to know people
on a deeper level.
Pat is married to her
husband David and lives in West Hartford. They have two daughters, Nicole
and Chrystal, and two sons, Brian and Chad, as well as two delightful
grandchildren, Mia and Luke. When she isn’t at Wintonbury, Pat enjoys going
to the theater and concerts, reading, and walking on the beach and
lakeshores.

Annmarie Boulay,
Director of Outreach Connections
Wintonbury’s newest
staff member as of 2005, Annmarie helps the church body reach out beyond its
walls with the love of Jesus to the surrounding community. She loves the
excitement that God generates in the hearts of the Wintonbury people as they
serve in His name, as well as the preaching and teaching at Wintonbury.
Annmarie is married to
Brian and lives in Westfield, Massachusetts, and has one daughter, Teresa.
She enjoys art and music, interior design, gardening and walking, and loves
spending time with her family and friends.
