An opportunity to hear some scripture and worship Jesus, while stretching and strengthening our bodies, minds and spirits. Bring an exercise mat, a water bottle & wear comfortable clothing. As we listen to Christian music, we will flow from seated to standing positions developing our balance and core strength. This class encourages students to move according to their own ability and level of comfort.
